Define and document the brand system including typography, color, layout, photographic and illustrative direction, iconography, and usage across media.
Build templates and toolkits for recruiters, site teams, and marketing to create on‑brand material independently.
Develop visual language to represent manufacturing processes, machines, parts, and people.
Establish an operating model for design request intake, prioritization, and review.
Set creative standards, brief external agencies, and ensure delivered work meets brand quality.
Provide strategic brand guidance to leadership and defend design decisions.
Partner with growth marketing to create performance‑driven creative and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate with communications and talent branding to maintain consistent visual and verbal messaging.
