Provide technical support for Operational Technology systems and controls projects for new aseptic finish fill lines. Lead the design, installation, and upgrade of critical pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems. Requires 10+ years of controls engineering experience within a GMP and FDA regulated environment.

Key Highlights
Support the expansion of new Aseptic finish fill lines 3 and 4
Manage capital and expense projects following Project Management Guidelines
Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulatory agencies
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for Spokane OT equipment controls systems.
Support OT Controls projects including facility expansion, compliance upgrades, and process improvements.
Provide guidance and training for Maintenance controls technicians on troubleshooting and repairs.
Support manufacturing teams with process development, recipe creation, and maintenance.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international agencies.
Manage capital and expense facility projects according to Project Management Guidelines.
Develop detailed specifications and RFQs for A&E firms, contractors, or equipment manufacturers.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Automation)
Advanced degree or PE license
Experience with Rockwell Allen Bradley PLC (RS Logix) and HMI systems (PanelView, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Fix32, iFix, Proficy Historian)
Rockwell Logix Programmer Certification
Experience with MS SQL Server, TCP/IP networking, IDE and DA Servers
Experience in equipment commissioning, qualification, and systems validation
Experience with Pharma sterile aseptic manufacturing, filling, and Lyophilization
Experience interfacing with OEM equipment vendors and consulting partners
