Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end to end by structuring and breaking down work on storefront initiatives and delivering solutions
Own the quality bar by delivering secure, testable, maintainable, low-defect, efficient work
Drive technical decisions in a complex domain, weighing engineers' viewpoints against business requirements
Build consensus and resolve contentious technical issues across engineering and cross-functional partners
Create frameworks, shared components, runbooks, and technical documentation that raise the ceiling for the team
Debug across the stack from Remix application and edge layer through third-party platform integrations
Map business needs to technology and influence product decisions within the Lume domain
Grow the people around you by sharing knowledge and coaching less experienced engineers
