We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to join our Advanced Analytics team, serving as the business-facing partner for our Consumer Markets Division. You will uncover business initiatives, pain points, and value drivers across Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Product, and Fraud, and orchestrate analytics solutions by engaging Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science teams. This role requires 8+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of analytics delivery, with a hybrid work schedule in Newport Beach, CA.
Key Highlights
Act as the primary analytics partner for business stakeholders across multiple verticals
Own analytics initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and post-launch improvement
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science teams to deliver solutions
Measure and communicate ROI of analytics initiatives to stakeholders and leadership
Stay current on AI agents, GenAI tooling, and modern analytics patterns
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Product, and Fraud
Uncover business initiatives, pain points, and value measurements through active discovery
Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements, success criteria, and prioritized delivery roadmaps
Orchestrate delivery by engaging Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science teams
Own each initiative end-to-end against a defined delivery timeline
Drive continuous improvement post-launch by tracking adoption and capturing feedback
Measure and communicate ROI by defining benefit metrics and reporting realized business value
Build deep domain expertise within supported verticals to anticipate needs and recommend higher-value analytics opportunities
Stay current on AI agents, GenAI tooling, and modern analytics patterns
