Lead end-to-end identity and access management for Hadrian’s corporate, cloud, and factory systems, designing automation-first, least-privilege solutions for secure, scalable authentication and authorization. Own SSO, MFA, privileged access, and identity lifecycle while collaborating cross-functionally with security and compliance teams. Requires deep expertise in identity protocols, cloud IAM, and regulated environments like ITAR-compliant manufacturing.
Key Highlights
Own identity infrastructure end-to-end across corporate, cloud, and factory systems handling export-controlled data
Design and implement automation-first, least-privilege identity programs with OAuth 2.0/OIDC, RBAC, and ReBAC
Collaborate with Detection & Response and Compliance teams to ensure identity telemetry is detectable and audit-ready
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate identity provider (IdP) stack (e.g., Okta, Entra, Google Workspace) for SSO, SCIM provisioning, and phishing-resistant MFA
Build scalable identity systems leveraging OAuth 2.0/OIDC/SAML and modern authorization models (RBAC, ReBAC) in production environments
Own cloud identity end-to-end, including Azure service principals, AWS IAM, and workload/service identity integration with underlying infrastructure
Automate access lifecycle (joiner-mover-leaver) and reviews, collaborating cross-functionally to meet team identity needs
Partner with Detection & Response and Compliance teams to ensure identity telemetry is detectable, actionable, and audit-ready
