Key Responsibilities
Set and execute full-funnel strategy, including traffic (organic/paid), conversion (registration to move-in), and monetization (match economics, yield)
Design, build, and scale AI orchestration engines with multi-agent systems, tool/API integration, guardrails, and human escalation paths
Develop context/memory layers to persist family state across sessions and surfaces for seamless agentic experiences
Lead routing intelligence to match family intent with providers/advisors, optimizing for accuracy and conversion
Define and enforce AI safety, fairness, and evaluation disciplines for production systems
Build and mentor a senior product team blending consumer product judgment and applied AI expertise
Serve as the product owner for shared AI services, ensuring adoption by provider/advisor teams
Run weekly reviews to inspect inputs (traffic, conversion, AI quality) and explain outputs (funnel performance, platform leverage)
