Key Responsibilities
Advise customers on architecture, deployment, and scaling of compute-intensive workloads (AI, inference, scientific simulations)
Resolve technical issues and optimize performance for complex HPC and cloud-based applications
Partner with sales teams to deliver technical presentations, demos, and account growth strategies
Translate customer needs into actionable requirements for internal product and engineering teams
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to overcome obstacles and accelerate customer initiatives
Develop reference architectures, technical documentation, and best-practice guidance for customers
