We are growing very fast right now. This is an exciting time, and we need active support as soon as possible! And this is where you come in with your expertise: With your structured way of working, your organizational talent, and your experience in the administrative HR area, you will support us in bringing new colleagues on board and driving existing processes forward to achieve great goals together. You will join an efficient and very well-organized People Operations Service & Support team of seven, which is continuously growing just like the company, and which will realize great projects together with you. As we continue our global expansion, your role will be crucial in ensuring we maintain our high standards and drive success in new markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Local UK expertise: As the UK expert of the People Ops team, you will process UK visa applications, general relocation support, and the coordination of immigration enquiries with the assistance of our third-party provider.
- Employee satisfaction: You will be the first point of contact for our UK colleagues to support on topics such as payroll, benefits, PTO, etc., and ensure that all processes are adhered to and kept up-to-date in accordance with UK labor laws, internal policy and procedures.
- Global Operations Management: Support people operations processes globally, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all regions.
- Employee Experience: Enhance the employee experience by managing key HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- HRIS Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Preliminary Payroll: Support our payroll experts with payroll-related tasks, such as payroll preparation or payroll process improvement.
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects within P&C and collaborate with external departments like Finance, Legal, Office Management, and Team Assistants.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the people operations function.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of HR initiatives.

Qualities we look for

- HR Expertise: Proven track record & In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations, in a international (tech) environment
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR technology tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
