The position: Technical Solutions Consultant – Global AdTech

The offer:

Salary: £77k basic - PAYE paid weekly, within IR35

Duration: 12-month contract - with the strong possibility of extension

Location: Remote – within the UK – you must be fully clear to work in the UK without the need of sponsorship/relocation

The role:

The Product & Service Operations (PSO) organisation helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations. We combine deep expertise in our products with operational and analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support millions of advertisers across dozens of complex products. As part of the PSO organisation, the Technical Solutions team are creative problem solvers who strive to ensure businesses are utilising our advertising solutions as efficiently and as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Build technical knowledge and expertise in various advertising products.
• Provide consultative guidance to sales teams and external clients on best practices and the businesses product setups
• Troubleshoot and prioritise technical advertising issues, and escalate to specialists when appropriate for further troubleshooting or de-bugging
• Effectively communicate technical resolutions, workarounds, and product confusions to the sales and account team

About you:

• At least 3+ years relevant experience within the Digital Advertising & tech / AdTech industries
• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Restful APIs & SQL
• Experience of troubleshooting problems & ticket escalations
• Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery
