We can’t wait to get to know you! 🚀 Your role: We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Communications Manager to join as the first hire in our marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for shaping and communicating our brand’s story, values, and products to the market. You will drive close cross-functional collaboration with our distribution, product, health and people teams. You will lead our communication strategies across various channels and play a key role in enhancing brand awareness. 🔍 What you’ll do:
You will lead the strategic direction of brand campaigns, to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message
Develop and execute innovative brand management and communication strategies
You will help develop our brand strategy, and manage our brand identity, proactively identifying what actions need to be taken to steer our brand image
Monitor market trends and oversee marketing research to keep on top of changes in the competitive environment
Handle the brand’s digital presence, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong social media presence
Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, and other brand-related projects
Prepare and manage marketing & communications related budgets
Organize and oversee events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
🛠️ What you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the insurtech/fintech space or in an established insurance company
Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems are a plus
Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
Proficiency in German and English (French is a bonus)
