We can’t wait to get to know you! 🚀 Your role: We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Communications Manager to join as the first hire in our marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, as you will be responsible for shaping and communicating our brand’s story, values, and products to the market. You will drive close cross-functional collaboration with our distribution, product, health and people teams. You will lead our communication strategies across various channels and play a key role in enhancing brand awareness. 🔍 What you’ll do:

  • You will lead the strategic direction of brand campaigns, to ensure a cohesive and effective brand message
  • Develop and execute innovative brand management and communication strategies
  • You will help develop our brand strategy, and manage our brand identity, proactively identifying what actions need to be taken to steer our brand image
  • Monitor market trends and oversee marketing research to keep on top of changes in the competitive environment
  • Handle the brand’s digital presence, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a strong social media presence
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, marketing materials, and other brand-related projects
  • Prepare and manage marketing & communications related budgets
  • Organize and oversee events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions

🛠️ What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the insurtech/fintech space or in an established insurance company
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma, Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems are a plus
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content
  • Proficiency in German and English (French is a bonus)
