# Android Engineer
## About the Role
Our client is building interactive, adaptive, and engaging learning experiences designed to help people become better problem solvers. As an **Android Engineer**, you’ll be one of only two Android engineers on the team, with significant ownership of the Android product and the opportunity to impact millions of learners worldwide.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Data to build delightful mobile experiences using **Kotlin and Jetpack Compose**. This role is suited to an experienced software engineer who can ship features end-to-end, balance technical quality with business and user value, and work with a high degree of autonomy.
## Key Responsibilities
* Build and ship new Android features from concept through completion.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to maximize user impact.
* Contribute code across Android, iOS, and potentially web platforms.
* Balance technical quality and business value when making engineering decisions.

## Compensation & Benefits
**Salary:** $180,000–$240,000 per year base, depending on level.
