We're looking for a web designer to assist with onboarding customers and designing loyalty program pages and components.

About The Job
In this role, you'll be involved in designing and onboarding customers, utilizing our page builder and account components to align with their brand guidelines.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with onboarding enterprise customers.
Building landing pages for e-commerce brands' loyalty programs.
Contributing to various company initiatives.
Developing innovative social media strategies to engage and connect with customers while driving brand awareness and growth.
Designing eye-catching visuals to attract prospective customers.
Creating brand materials for marketing and product teams.
Collaborating on special projects with operations.
Who You Are

A metrics-driven individual who enjoys using data to guide decisions and measure success.
Possess a deep understanding of web design patterns and best practices.
Capable of simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding across all knowledge levels.
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial approach, comfortable working autonomously with limited guidance.
Requirements
2+ years of web design experience, particularly with Shopify.
High proficiency in HTML/CSS.
High proficiency in Figma.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivating attitude with the energy and resourcefulness to get things done.
2+ years of visual design experience.
Empathy and enthusiasm for problem-solving and helping others.
Nice to Have
Additional experience in web design and Shopify.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
