# Mid-Level DevOps Software Engineer

## About the Role

TeamDynamix is seeking a **Mid-Level DevOps Software Engineer** to join its **Process Automation Team**. This remote role focuses on owning and improving the pipelines, Azure infrastructure, release tooling, monitoring, and deployment processes that support TeamDynamix’s **iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), CAI (Conversational Artificial Intelligence), and AI Agent products**.

This is a **DevOps-first** position with hands-on software development responsibilities. You will design and improve CI/CD pipelines, automate and manage Azure infrastructure, strengthen observability, improve release processes, and use C# when application-level changes are needed to improve performance or deployment and operational efficiency.

## Key Responsibilities

* Build, maintain, and improve **CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps** for compiling, testing, and releasing products.

* Manage and execute deployments using **Octopus Deploy** across development, test, staging, and production environments.

* Deploy and configure **Azure components** and maintain consistent, documented environments.

* Write and modify **C#/.NET code** to improve application performance and make products easier, faster, and safer to deploy.

* Identify and resolve performance issues across applications, databases, and infrastructure.

* Improve observability through **logging, metrics, and alerting**.

* Debug production issues across application code, pipelines, and infrastructure.

* Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

* Collaborate with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities and plan release work accordingly.

## Required Qualifications

* 4-year degree in **STEM** or equivalent experience.

* **3–6 years of related experience**.

* Hands-on experience with **Azure DevOps**, including authoring build and release pipelines and working with Git.

* Experience deploying and configuring **Azure components through the Azure Portal**.

* Experience managing application deployments with a release management tool such as **Octopus Deploy**.

* Experience developing with **C#** and working with **SQL Server**.

* Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex problems using logical, analytical, and creative approaches.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with **Kubernetes**.

* Experience with **Terraform** or other infrastructure-as-code tools.

* Familiarity with **Datadog** or a comparable monitoring and observability platform.

## Education & Experience

**Education:** 4-year STEM degree or equivalent experience.

**Experience:** 3–6 years of related experience, including hands-on Azure DevOps, Azure, application deployment, C#, and SQL Server experience.
