We’re looking for a hands-on Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale our marketing engine.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Run campaigns focused on CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS
- Manage retargeting, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
- Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
- Develop ad creatives, copy and growth experiments
- Manage social media and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
- Support demand generation, brand building and new growth channels
- Track marketing KPIs and provide performance insights

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and creative mindset
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Bonus: LinkedIn Ads, PropTech/Real Estate, FinTech, startups, AI marketing tools or video content experience.
