Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Company Overview: We are an established immigration consulting firm with a 24-years of experience, legally representing clients before the Canadian government both federally and provincially. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and drive client acquisition, enhance our brand visibility, and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover opportunities and address challenges in the immigration sector.
- Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and consumer behavior in Vietnam.
2. Brand Management:
- Develop and execute branding strategies to position our firm as a leading immigration service provider in Vietnam.
- Monitor and manage our reputation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
3. Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan specifically designed for the Vietnam market.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to tailor our services to the needs of the local market.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
5. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing investments.
6. Business Development:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, including local businesses and immigration consultants.
- Explore and negotiate opportunities for joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
8. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all marketing practices and business operations adhere to local regulations and industry standards.
- Stay informed on changes in immigration laws and regulations, adapting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the immigration or consulting industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
