With major expansion to our client base and use cases, we are seeking a Private Equity Client Associate to support our clients in the successful deployment of our solution.
The role
As a Private Equity Client Associate at CEPRES, your primary responsibility is to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions, tailored to meet client requirements and project plans. You will oversee the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications, provide hands-on support during setup, deliver training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ongoing client success.
- Create trusted relationships with clients and prospects to position CEPRES solutions, provide support to clients to maximize satisfaction and expand their use of CEPRES solutions.
- Coordinate client investment data collection and handling with accurate and timely feedback.
- Fulfill project manager role in data analytics related projects. Collaborate with cross functional teams across different geographies and time zones. Manage schedules and overall project status to ensure requirements and project deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon.
- Maintain the highest levels of satisfaction amongst clients through professional and timely communications and actions.
- Develop and produce presentations and descriptive documentations regarding the Platform (written and digital) for internal and external clients.

In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities:
1.Solution Deployment:
- Lead the implementation of CEPRES solutions according to client specifications and project timelines.
- Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and customize solutions accordingly.
2.Integration Management:
- Manage the integration of CEPRES with existing systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and operation.
- Address integration challenges and optimize system performance as needed.
3.Client Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to clients during the setup phase, including account configuration, data integration, and customization of dashboards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.
4.Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to equip clients with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the CEPRES platform.
- Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing learning and adoption.
5.Collaboration and Handover:
- Collaborate closely with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between internal teams and clients to drive success post-implementation.
6.Documentation and Resources:
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, guides, and resources to support clients throughout their journey with CEPRES.
- Regularly update documentation to reflect platform enhancements and changes.
7.Team Development and Mentorship:
- Collaborate with Analysts and Senior Analysts working on your project. Advise on prioritization and timeline for completion of tasks, clearly communicating requirements and providing feedback and review as needed.
- Mentor Senior Analysts, Analysts and Interns to grow their knowledge based and experience in Private Equity, CEPRES solutions and business operations, and overall skills helpful in the corporate environment.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in solution implementation, integration management, or client support, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project deployments.
