The Role

- Bachelor's degree.
- Programming experience (6+ months) from academic coursework, personal projects, or professional work, demonstrated on your resume, with recent activity within the last 3 months.
- A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in sectors like finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech, with no more than a 12-month gap.
