About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the transformation of our digital platforms into user-centered, innovative solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, the Digital Product Designer will be responsible for owning the end-to-end user experience of our AI-powered career platform. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders—to craft intuitive, accessible, and engaging design solutions that meet the needs of diverse users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing products that improve lives and a strong understanding of how AI-driven features can be seamlessly integrated into user experiences. Your work will directly influence how users interact with AI as a helpful and trustworthy guide, shaping their journey from job seeking to employment success. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in UX and product design
• A well-designed portfolio demonstrating relevant design projects and skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Experience designing AI-powered or conversational products such as chatbots, voice agents, or AI assistants
• Experience designing end-to-end, consumer-facing product experiences, not just individual screens or internal tools
• Experience designing learning or educational products, including structured content, progression, and progress-tracking systems
• Familiarity with how large language model (LLM)-based features behave, including latency, variability, and risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., React or component-based frameworks) and their influence on design implementation and handoff
• Experience designing accessible, mobile-first interfaces for diverse audiences with varying language and digital literacy levels, ensuring WCAG compliance
• Strong understanding of usability testing methodologies and user research techniques
• Excellent collaboration skills, professionalism, and ability to meet deadlines in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and visual assets
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints
• Design conversational and AI-guided experiences such as chat, voice, and assistant-driven flows, ensuring a consistent and coherent AI presence across the platform
• Create mobile-first, accessible designs that cater to users navigating in multiple languages and with varying digital literacy levels
• Design data-rich interfaces, including dashboards, progress indicators, and assessment displays, applying strong information hierarchy and visual encoding techniques
• Own and continuously improve the design system, including style guides, component patterns, and asset libraries, to ensure consistency and facilitate seamless development handoff
• Drive iterative design improvements based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input
• Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and product design
