Description
The Senior Enterprise Site Support Analyst is a member of the Enterprise Site Support (ESS) team within IT Operations. The incumbent will interact with all levels of users in the company, including senior executives. This person independently performs and coordinates preventive maintenance on computer equipment on a continued basis; coordinates the installation, discontinuation, and relocation of equipment; completes required logs and reports of maintenance activities; develops reference materials and procedures that will become guidelines for others; and ensures diagnostic tools and service aids are in appropriate working order. The incumbent participates in the coordination and installation of new or modified equipment and local area networks; performs troubleshooting, second-level diagnostics, research, evaluation, and documentation of various LAN and data communications solutions and alternatives; coordinates the installation of equipment, lines, and software necessary to meet the requirements for the site; prepares instructions and documentation for installation and monitors project status. May guide or direct less experienced staff; understands business processes and identifies opportunities to adopt collaboration technologies such as SharePoint and MS Teams to enhance user productivity; coordinates with the Senior Mobility Analyst for the distribution and support of mobile devices; continues ongoing education and skill development remain current with active technology and to adopt rapid changes in technologies; applies design concepts to enhance performance and reliability of the workstations, LAN, and local systems; participates in the ESS IT Services Standards Committee; leads implementations of security improvements as defined by the Enterprise Security team; evaluates and recommends new technology and provides innovation to the ESS team; be accountable for all SOX, Change Management and Incident Management compliances. The incumbent is responsible for adhering to Matson’s IT site standards and would participate in incorporating industry best practices into site support operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 laptops, and desktops.
- Experience with supporting Thin Clients, and VMWare/VDI in office and remotely.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent applications, cloud-based applications such as Office 365, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM and formal patch management processes in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Active Directory concepts and administration.
- Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Experience supporting a variety of Wi-Fi-enabled mobile devices.
- Experience supporting remote users.
- Experience supporting mobile devices, including Apple iOS, and Android OS.
- Excellent problem solving and communications skills, especially over the telephone.
- Experience supporting VOIP telephony, including Avaya, and Ring Central.
- Zoom video conferencing support experience.
- Good interpersonal skills, highly energetic and attention to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
