C# Software Developer (WPF/Blazor/PostgreSQL)

Tasks and activities

• Designing, developing and maintaining complex data-driven applications that support critical business and engineering activities.
• Building and enhancing design-critical software solutions used during the early phases of engineering and system development.

• Performing verification and validation activities to ensure software quality, reliability and performance.
• Optimising high-throughput collaborative systems, enhancing scalability, efficiency and user experience.
• Designing and developing supporting tools, frameworks and libraries that enable efficient software delivery and long-term maintainability.

Skills and experience

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing applications using C# and .NET.
• A solid background in both frontend and background application development.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

The following skills and experience would be highly desirable:

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub and/or GitLab.
• Hands-on knowledge with WPF, Blazor, MVVM.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and software quality practices.
• Experience working on large-scale software projects.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
