Key responsibilities:
Providing 2nd and 3rd level support
PROD Incident analysis and solution
PROD Service Request handling
Monitoring and tracking PROD Incidents
Reporting and tracking PROD defects in Jira
Supporting Scrum Teams with development
PROD certificate and key maintenance
PREPROD environment management & support
PREPROD environment refresh and data management
Platform upgrade planning and execution
Cooperation with DevOps and Development teams
Backup and restore administration
Integration and platform monitoring
Proposing and implementing improvement ideas
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or implementation (Experience cloud is required).
LWC / Apex
Salesforce security
Salesforce Administrator certificate.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C++ will be considered an advantage.
Knowledge on XML, SOAP and REST APIs.
Good understanding of Vlocity and OmniStudio.
Good understanding production support process.
Omnistudio (big plus)
Data migration and Integration knowledge (OwnBackup experience is a plus)
