Software Engineer (CircleCI) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in CircleCI, you will build and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery. You will streamline the development lifecycle by creating reusable components and managing execution performance to provide development teams with fast feedback loops.

What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and maintain production-grade CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.

- Develop and manage reusable CircleCI orbs to standardize automation across multiple projects.

- Optimize pipeline parallelism and resource allocation to minimize build times and increase throughput.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated testing and security scanning into delivery workflows.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex pipeline failures to maintain high developer productivity.

- Ensure the stability and scalability of the CI/CD infrastructure through continuous monitoring and improvement.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Build Engineering.

- Proven expertise in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI.

- Proficiency in creating and managing reusable CircleCI orbs.

- Hands-on experience with pipeline parallelism and optimizing feedback loops.

- Strong understanding of containerization and automated testing integration.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
