This is a hands-on, technical Workday role. The organization is already live on Workday, so this position will focus on system management, enhancements, configuration, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement rather than implementation.

  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain HR data governance practices and reporting standards.
  • Lead HR technology projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR technology capabilities and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience.
  • Strong, hands-on technical Workday experience is required.
  • Experience with Workday administration, configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Experience with Workday enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR data governance, reporting, and data quality.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Power BI and SQL experience preferred.
  • Workday certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Analytics, IT, or a related field preferred.

Additional Details:

  • Newly created position.
  • Opportunity to work from either the Bethesda, MD, or Boca Raton, FL, office.
  • Individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.
  • Reports to the Senior HRIS Manager.
  • Focus on Workday management, enhancements, optimization, and ongoing support.
  • Strong technical Workday skills are required; this is not solely an HR data management or reporting role.
  • H1B sponsorship may be considered.
