- Independently analyze operational, business, and user behavior data to generate actionable insights, working under general direction from the DA Manager.
- Own the tracking, interpretation, and evaluation of daily/weekly/monthly metrics and KPIs for assigned areas; escalate significant findings to management.
- Investigate data anomalies, perform root-cause analysis on fluctuations, and deliver well-reasoned, data-driven conclusions and recommendations.
- Process, clean, and consolidate large, multi-source datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Design and build reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Propose data-backed optimization ideas or action plans and support their implementation together with cross-functional teams.
- Review and provide quality guidance on the work of junior Data Analysts; contribute to improving internal analytical processes, documentation, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Business...) to translate business questions into structured analyses.
IV. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong logical thinking with solid, hands-on data reading/analytical capabilities; demonstrated ability to independently identify issues and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker); working knowledge of SQL required, Python is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to structure, synthesize, and present complex information clearly and logically to stakeholders at different levels.
- Proactive, able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple analytical requests simultaneously.
- Experience reviewing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
