What you will do:
- Develop an innovation strategy and garner support from business stakeholders, such as C-level executives, managers, customers and business partners;
- Create an innovation portfolio and roadmap to drive growth;
- Ensure innovation provides value to customers and cultivate long-term relationships with those customers;
- Drive action on innovation plans in collaboration with relevant team members;
- Establish clear processes for generating ideas, creating prototypes and producing them;
- Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on product offerings;
- Evaluate and balance risk/reward for innovation and organizational objectives;
- Champion change management;
- Assess competition and maintain overall market awareness.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as business, engineering, or information technology;
- Fluent written and spoken business English;
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role focused on innovation within the tech industry or business services industry;
- Track record of driving successful innovation initiatives;
- Strong leadership skills with experience of managing cross-functional team;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
