Senior HR Data Analyst - Fully Remote


Our client are seeking a passionate and curious Senior HR Data Analyst to join their remote team. You’ll be instrumental in driving our HR data analytics journey, transforming complex information into actionable insights.



About the Role:

You will take a leading role with all HR reporting and analytics, supporting the HR function in understanding key trends and informing strategic decisions. Your role will be pivotal in designing and implementing our HR data analytics roadmap, leveraging automation to enhance efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver impactful data-driven reports and presentations to inform the company’s HR strategy.
  • Extract and analyze data from various systems (Oracle, ResourceLink, HealthRoster, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics) to uncover valuable insights.
  • Create compelling narratives from complex data, identifying trends and opportunities to support organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with People Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity, implementing regular auditing processes.
  • Become a trusted advisor to stakeholders, coaching them on data utilization and proactively seeking feedback to refine MI.
  • Contribute to the production of BAU reports and dashboards, providing expert insights and building compelling data stories.
  • Own the monthly/quarterly ‘People KPI Metrics’ data pack for leadership teams.
  • Partner with the Data & Architecture team to develop innovative, self-service employee lifecycle dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Provide MI support for key projects across the employee lifecycle.



Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for data and a drive to uncover insights.



Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Health Roster.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data management.
  • Understanding of HR transformation and change management.
