Retail Sales Executive
Reports to – Associate Director Sales
ICONIC London is a fast-growing colour cosmetics brand founded only 9 years ago. Born online and via social media (1.7million IG followers, 288k+ Tik Tok followers), the brand and our unique and beautiful products are in high demand. With a strong online presence, the brand is also partnered with several world class retailers including Sephora Americas, Sephora UK, H Beauty, Cult Beauty, Look Fantastic and is expanding globally.
With an office in central London, this role can be hybrid with some working from home or fully remote (based UK).
This role is a crucial support to the day to day running of our retail and distribution businesses in the UK and internationally. We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, an excellent communicator, LOVES excel and admin - since this is the heart of this role!
Retail Admin
- Completion of paperwork for new and existing retail/distributor partners
- New Line Form completion and submission
- Creation of excel reports, automating wherever possible, ensuring speed and accuracy.
- Maintain and update accurate master information for all products that can be used by retail/distribution partners
- Retailer partner product page set up and management to strict deadlines
- Request and submit marketing assets where required
- Sending out samples
- General partner admin as required
Sales Reporting
- Update weekly and monthly sales report using excel
- Creating ad hoc reports in excel
Relationship management
- First point of call for partner queries
- Issuing information and product in a timely manner
- Create or build on presentations for partner meetings
- Build and nurture strong internal relationships across departments
The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, have attention to detail and not rest until a job is completed well (with no job being too big or small)! You will be able to work to deadlines and not be phased by multiple priorities. Add to this excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task – you could be our perfect addition to the team.
