Software Engineer – Geneva, Switzerland (Relocation Package)

Role

Looking for a software engineer to help design, implement and maintain applications for interfacing with energy markets. The ideal candidate will have a understanding of trading systems, algorithms, and market data, coupled with strong technical expertise in software development.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications for interfacing with energy markets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of internal applications through rigorous testing and performance tuning
• Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve trading platforms

Key Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages .NET and C#
• Familiar with message-queueing software
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
