Job Description
Remote Senior iOS Engineer opportunity with a growing technology organization in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a native iOS developer with 7+ years of experience. In this role you’ll own architecture, UI, and networking for an industry leading native iOS app built to support the logistics industry, with a focus on GIS/navigation. Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional native iOS development including ownership of substantial features or systems
- Strong Swift and Objective-C; deep UIKit and SwiftUI experience
- Experience with Core Data/SQLite and building resilient networking that handles poor connectivity and seamless resync
- Experience writing automated and UI automation tests
- Skilled with Xcode Instruments for diagnosing performance, memory, and UI issues
- Able to diagnose nondeterministic async/networking failures and simulator-vs-device differences
- Comfortable using crash reporting, logging, and CI output to troubleshoot
- Strong written communication; able to work core hours in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time
- GIS/mapping experience a plus, not required
