Data Engineer (Snowflake) at BairesDev
As a Data Engineer (Snowflake), you will design and build scalable ELT pipelines and data models within the Snowflake Data Cloud. You will act as a link between raw data sources and actionable business insights, ensuring that data is transformed and organized efficiently for high-performance analytics.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize robust ELT workflows using Snowflake and dbt to process large-scale datasets.
- Develop and maintain modular data models, applying software engineering best practices such as version control and automated testing.
- Orchestrate complex data pipeline dependencies and schedules using Apache Airflow to ensure data freshness and reliability.
- Write and tune high-performance SQL queries and transformations to leverage Snowflake's unique architectural capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, schema designs, and quality standards for the modern data stack.
- Monitor pipeline health and performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to ensure continuous data delivery.

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering with a focus on the modern data stack.
