Job Title: Freelance UI/UX Designer for Manual Testing

Job Description:

Finax Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Freelance Junior UI/UX Designers to do Manual Testing and help ensure the usability and accessibility of our clients' web and mobile applications. No previous testing experience is necessary, but a good understanding of UI/UX principles is essential. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in UI/UX design principles who can perform manual testing to identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual usability and accessibility tests on web and mobile applications.
• Identify and document issues related to user experience and interface design.
• Collaborate with our operations team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving accessibility and usability.
• Ensure all findings and feedback are clearly documented and communicated.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Access to a physical Android device (not older than 4 years). 
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Must be an EU national, preferably based in Spain, France, Germany, Austria, or Italy (not on a work permit).
• Commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
