Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze product and marketing performance data to identify insights, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design, maintain, and automate data dashboards and reporting systems using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Google Sheets, and SQL queries.
- Build and manage data pipelines and automations using Google Cloud Platform tools (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage).
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to define tracking requirements (SDKs, GA4, MMPs such as Appsflyer or Adjust).
- Develop funnels and behavioral analysis frameworks to measure conversion, retention, and engagement.
- Implement automation scripts or alerts to monitor campaign performance in real time.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for growth, retention, and performance improvement.

Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Marketing Data Analyst.
- Experience in Gaming, fintech, or mobile app products is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, Apps Script, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
- Basic working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage).
- Deep understanding of tracking SDKs (GA4, Meta, TikTok, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.).
- Ability to design data funnels and build automated dashboards from raw data.
