- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, or Nutanix)
- Experience designing, building, and operating virtual infrastructure (compute, storage, and network)
- Familiarity with storage (SAN/NAS) and enterprise network fundamentals
- Experience with high-availability, backup/disaster-recovery, and stable production operations
- Experience in the healthcare/medical systems domain is a strong plus (electronic medical records, medical accounting, or hospital infrastructure)
- Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) experience (VMware Horizon, Citrix) is a plus
