About The Role

We are seeking a talented Android Developer to join our dynamic team at ReachMobi. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining high-scale Android applications used by millions worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create new features, optimize existing functionalities, and ensure the seamless performance of our apps across the latest Android versions. Your contributions will directly impact user engagement, monetization strategies, and overall app stability. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Android application development. You should have a proven track record of building robust, scalable apps using Kotlin, with a solid understanding of modern architectural patterns such as MVVM. Experience with Kotlin Coroutines for asynchronous programming and Jetpack Compose for UI development is essential. Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs, libraries, and data sources is required. Additionally, you should have experience working in high-scale environments, especially in online advertising or similar domains. Knowledge of Google Play Billing and experience optimizing app performance are preferred. A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to design intuitive interfaces will be highly valued. Candidates must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product-specific features to enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.

• Design and execute MVP features and A/B tests to evaluate user engagement and optimize app performance.
• Maintain and optimize the Android Launcher project, ensuring compatibility with the latest Android versions (Android 10, 11, and beyond).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the core architecture of our product suite, contributing to both new feature development and existing functionality enhancements.
• Monitor app analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement performance optimizations.
• Handle bug fixing and ensure the app maintains a crash-free rate of 0.3% or better.
• Integrate third-party data sources, libraries, and APIs to extend app capabilities.
• Estimate development timelines and contribute to the product roadmap, aligning technical efforts with business objectives.
