What You’ll Bring:

1. Technical Excellence: 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in development and delivery with languages like typescript. Node.js and React.js. Experience in Java, Node.js, Kotlin, React.js, C# will be a bonus.  
2. Cloud Native applications: Experience in building cloud-native applications using containerisation in AWS or similar cloud platforms, Knowledge of kubernetes will be an added advantage. 
3. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven expertise in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex, custom-built applications.
4. Design Mastery: Strong object-oriented programming skills and deep knowledge of design patterns.
5. Agile Mindset: Experience with, or a keen interest in, Agile methodologies like Extreme Programming (XP), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI).
6. Consulting Savvy: Excellent communication and client-facing skills, essential for thriving in a consulting environment.
