We are looking to hire a rockstar Lead Zoom Phone Customer Solutions Engineer for a US company.
This role is fully remote and compensated in USD.
As a Lead Customer Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting Zoom Phone solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in setting up a robust UCaaS/CCaaS platform and providing top-notch technical consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with partner pre-sales teams to ensure smooth collaboration and support.
- Technical Expertise: Act as the primary technical resource for Zoom Phone and related technologies, offering deep knowledge and guidance.
- Partner Enablement: Train and assist partners to enhance their understanding and technical proficiency with the Zoom platform.
- UCaaS Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of the Zoom UCaaS/CCaaS platform, adhering to best practices and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Zoom CAMs and pre-sales teams to develop and communicate technical enablement strategies for partners.
- Project Support: Support partner technical teams in various projects, complementing their skills to achieve excellent results.
- Technical Escalations: Address and resolve key technical issues for partners and customers in a timely manner.
- Internal Utilization: Promote the use of Zoom technology within partner operations to boost productivity and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications (Please read carefully)
- Over 7 years of experience in a customer or partner-focused sales/engineering role.
- Extensive knowledge in unified communications and contact centers, with strong understanding of UCaaS and CCaaS.
- Proficiency in VoIP, BYOC, and cloud-based call systems.
- Excellent technical and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to train and enable partners.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, switches, PBX, TCP/IP (IPv4), and DNS.
- Experience with UCaaS vendors such as Genesys, Five9, or RingCentral is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
