Hello, prospective HR leader! Rendify is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our rapidly growing team! As our HR Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture of Rendify and ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent in the 3D rendering and modeling industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech-enabled services company that is revolutionizing the 3D rendering and modeling space. Given our aspirational vision to be a leader in the industry, this role requires deep expertise in CG1 Talent Acquisition practices, a strong understanding of the 3D modeling and rendering industry, and the ability to develop strategies to attract and nurture the best talent across our company hubs in Europe in Asia.

Reports to: CEO or Chief Operating Officer (Adjust based on your structure)
On a daily basis, works closely with: Leadership team, department heads, and the Talent Acquisition team.
Location: Rendify is a fully remote company with a company hub in Quebec City, Canada.

Specific to your role, we're looking for individuals who have:
- Strong knowledge and experience in 3D modeling and rendering practices, with the ability to recognize and evaluate these skills in candidates.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, and culture building.
- A deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in attracting and retaining talent in the 3D rendering and modeling industry.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategies for attracting top talent, including employer branding, outreach, and partnerships with industry organizations.
- Ability to design and implement onboarding, training, and development programs that help employees grow their skills and careers.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and communicate effectively with team members across the organization.
- A data-driven approach to HR, with experience in using metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
- A passion for building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
Bonus Points:
- Experience working in a tech-enabled services or SaaS company.
- Familiarity with remote work HR practices and tools.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions (especially if Rendify operates globally).
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process for all roles within the company, with a focus on attracting top talent in the 3D rendering and modeling industry.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Build and maintain a positive company culture that aligns with Rendify’s values and goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on issues such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Design and implement training and development programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where Rendify operates.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data for a given location. In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
