CRM Email Marketing Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a CRM Email Marketing Specialist to execute targeted, data-driven email programs that support customer retention and lifecycle engagement. You will work with CRM data and segmentation tools to deliver relevant communications that strengthen customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do:

- Plan and execute segmented email campaigns using CRM data to target customers based on behavior and lifecycle stage.

- Maintain and update customer lists, ensuring data hygiene and accurate segmentation across campaigns.

- Develop email content and messaging tailored to specific customer segments and journey stages.

- Set up and manage triggered email flows for key lifecycle events such as onboarding, renewals, and win-back.

- Analyze CRM email performance and provide insights to improve targeting, messaging, and engagement.

- Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations and internal brand guidelines.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or customer lifecycle marketing.

- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot to execute segmented email campaigns.

- Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how email supports retention and expansion goals.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage campaign schedules and multiple audience segments.

- Analytical skills with experience interpreting email performance data to refine strategies.
