We are looking for a talented and passionate 3D Game Artist to join our team and contribute to the development of our mobile games.

What are the main responsibilities of this role?

• Create high-quality 3D assets for our games, including characters, environments, props, and other game-ready assets.
• Translate concepts and creative ideas into visually appealing 3D models.
• Create and optimize low-poly and high-poly models suitable for mobile game development.
• Work on UV mapping, baking, texturing, and materials to achieve high-quality visual results.
• Create optimized assets while maintaining the visual quality and performance requirements of mobile games.
• Integrate and configure 3D assets within the game engine.
• Work closely with Game Designers, Developers, and other Artists to bring game concepts to life.
• Contribute to the visual style and overall art direction of our games.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all 3D assets.
• Stay updated with the latest 3D art techniques, tools, and trends in the gaming industry.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a talented 3D Game Artist with a strong background in visual arts and a passion for games. The ideal candidate should have experience creating visually appealing 3D assets for games and a good understanding of real-time game art production.

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Animation, Game Art, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in 3D Game Art, especially within the mobile game industry.
• Strong knowledge of Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar 3D software.
• Experience with Substance Painter / Substance Designer or similar texturing tools.
• Good understanding of UV mapping, baking, PBR workflows, and texture optimization.
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of mobile game optimization and real-time rendering.
• A strong portfolio showcasing 3D game art and relevant projects.
• Strong visual and artistic skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively and solve visual problems.
• Effective communication skills and a strong predisposition for teamwork.

It would be a plus if you have:

• Experience with stylized 3D art & knowledge of ZBrush.
• Experience with rigging, skinning, or basic animation.
• Experience creating assets for games that have been released globally.
• Familiarity with procedural or AI-assisted 3D workflows.
