About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team, primarily focusing on executing organic search strategies (SEO) across a diverse portfolio of client accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical and content execution, driving improvements in search visibility, and managing day-to-day client relationships. While experience in PPC, CRO, or social media is advantageous, the core focus of this role is on SEO. The successful candidate will work across various industries, including senior living, tourism, manufacturing, boat dealerships, and nonprofits, predominantly serving small to mid-sized businesses. As you grow within our Matrix framework, you will take on more complex accounts and further develop your advanced skills in digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in organic search performance
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals including site structure, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexing
- Experience supporting or executing content strategies based on keyword research and search intent
- Comfortable managing client communication, providing performance updates, and explaining strategies to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working independently in a remote environment while maintaining team alignment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
- Must be located within the continental United States
