Location: Remote (Bulgaria) or Gabrovo Office
Salary: €1,000–€1,500 gross per month, depending on experience
Additional earnings: Paid overtime where required
Engagement: Full-time employment or company-to-company contract

We support established business customers, including UK organisations, across a wide range of IT environments.
As our technical team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join us.
The RoleThis is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from home anywhere in Bulgaria or from our office in Gabrovo.
This is not simply a first-line helpdesk role. You will work with real customer IT environments involving Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, firewalls, virtualisation, cloud services, backup and cybersecurity.
You will work alongside experienced senior engineers, resolving day-to-day support requests as well as participating in infrastructure upgrades, migrations and more complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Remote IT and helpdesk support for business customers
- Troubleshooting Windows, hardware, software and network issues
- Microsoft 365 administration and support
- Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- User, permissions and security management
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Firewall and network security support
- Server, workstation and network monitoring
- Email and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting
- Cloud, backup and cybersecurity support
- Virtualised server environment support
- Infrastructure upgrades and migration projects
- Working with senior engineers on complex technical issues
- Technical documentation and customer records

- Practical experience in IT support, system administration or a similar technical role
- Good knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows Server
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and computer networking
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Active Directory knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to investigate problems independently and take ownership of technical issues
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English
