Flapen is in search of a motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition
Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and presentations
Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities to expand our B2B reach and increase brand visibility
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts
Manage and work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or similar role
Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices
Experience in developing and managing content marketing initiatives
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
