Your Mission Gameplay Systems Design: Design and implement gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine and C++. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers and artists to ensure gameplay systems align with project requirements. Efficient Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability and clarity. Problem-Solving: Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise, delivering timely solutions. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in game development. Who Will Fit In? Passionate Coder: A deep love for coding and a strong enthusiasm for gaming. Experience: A minimum of 5 years in programming with significant experience in Unreal Engine and C++. Youve shipped at least one premium multiplayer title as a game programmer, ideally an FPS.
