Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative direction and technical advice relating to the Bank's operating systems, software, and hardware infrastructure
Lead assigned technical projects ensuring accurate, timely, and quality delivery of project objectives
Support, maintain, and implement VMware VCF solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the Bank
Lead the operations and maintenance of VMware VCF across infrastructure with emphasis on scalability, performance, capacity, and reliability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware VCF with existing systems and applications
Provide senior level troubleshooting related to VMware based solutions, including performance optimization and system tuning
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, configuration, and management tasks
Participate in capacity planning and performance analysis activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and performance
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Document deployment procedures, upgrade procedures, Standard Operating Practices, and operationalize processes
Manage and resolve incidents and problems related to the VCF platform
