Junior/Middle UI/UX Designer in UKRAINE

Gotoinc is looking for a Junior/Middle UI/UX Designer to join our Incredible Design team!


Our ideal candidate’s portrait:

Hard skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher) with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English;
  • Min 2+ years of commercial experience;
  • Experience working with Figma (proficiency in using Design Systems, Components, Autolayouts, Prototyping, Styles, etc.);
  • Experience with both UI (Visual Design, Design Principles, UI Trends, Accessibility, Interaction Design) and UX (Wireframing, Low/High-Fidelity Prototypes, User persona, User interviews, Usability testing, Customer Journey maps, Functional benchmarking, Information Architecture and other UX research types);
  • Existing portfolio on Dribbble and/or Behance;
  • Work experience or completed courses in HTML, CSS (JS).

Soft skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, responsibility and initiative;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients;
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Nice to have:

  • Photoshop & Illustrator: Basic knowledge of supplementary design tasks, such as image editing and vector graphics fixing;
  • Education in a design field (design school, or university with a focus on design) or relevant courses (UI/UX + advanced UI/UX).


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling user experiences across various projects.
  • Create and maintain design systems, components, and auto-layouts in Figma.
  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Optimize designs for various platforms and devices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design solutions.
