Job Description
Company Description
GoOps is building AI-enabled transport-management agents to keep fleets moving.
Transport teams spend too much of the day chasing updates, resolving exceptions, calling drivers, and moving information between systems and 30+ trucks. We’re building agents that take work off their plate without taking away control or quality.
Role Description
We’re looking for an AI Engineer to take a defined internal problem and own the solution from start to finish: build it, ship it, measure it, and improve it. You’ll work closely with the founders. You’ll make technical calls, challenge weak ideas, and build things properly. We move quickly, help each other, and care about whether the work makes someone’s day easier.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and building production-grade systems.
- Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with practical expertise in training, evaluating, and deploying models.
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools for conversational AI or voice/phone-based coaching systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience working with real-time or streaming data, and understanding of cloud services or MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and iteratively improve solutions based on feedback.

This is an individual-contributor role. You will own important work without managing people or acting as customer support.
We care about pace, taste, and outcomes. If a feature does not make a real workflow better, we would rather learn that early than keep polishing it. You’ll have the freedom to explore, make decisions, and own the result.
