Job Description
People are at the center of everything we do, and this role is all about helping contractors feel supported throughout their employment journey. As the primary point of contact for our contractor population, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing guidance on onboarding, payroll, benefits, and work authorization needs. You'll also play an important role in supporting foreign national talent, partnering with immigration specialists to help contractors navigate visa sponsorship, green card processes, employment authorization renewals, and other key milestones. Through exceptional service, proactive communication, and strong attention to detail, you'll help create a seamless experience that supports both contractor success and retention.
Responsibilities
Onboarding and first week quality:
- Responsible for creating an uncommon on-boarding experience for contractors
- Facilitate onboarding process including communication to contractor and completion of all onboarding requirements
- First week service calls to all contractors at the start of their assignment
- Timesheet/Expense entry training
- Manage work order process and rate confirmation with customer
- Audit and research rate discrepancies
- Update and communicate cost drops
Employee Relations

- Partner closely with Payroll Team for timecard collection to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
- Partner with internal HR regarding issues around benefits, employee relationships, 401k, etc.
- Identify and resolve contractor related issues
- Partner with Immigration Specialist to manage estimated end dates
Foreign National Operations
- Initiate and manage the Green Card process
- Review and analyze resumes for Green Card Applicants
- Rate and wage analysis Post & Manage positions on Job Boards
- Track the expiration dates for H-1B visa holders
- Initiate and manage extension of status for H-1B visa holders who are approaching their expiration date
- Manage and communicate expiring work authorization to customer for F1 student
- Manage and communicate RFE
- Manage the LCA compliance process and ensure documents are collected and submitted for audit

- Customer Service or Recruiting experience is preferred but not required

Projected Budget Compensation
External Hourly Base Compensation: $19.23 - $20.50
Bonus eligibility up to $4,000
Cost of Labor Adjustment applicable in specific markets
