Data Scientist (356156)

Responsible for providing highly efficient solutions for complex and dynamic business needs. Utilize various tools to transform, organize, and analyze data to extract meaningful information for maximum business growth and profitability. Deliver guidance and documentation to business stakeholders on metric definitions, business rules, query logic and sources for datasets being delivered. Analyze data requirements, design and integrate data from multiple sources, and develop reports for complex requirements. Leverage principles and practices of systems analysis experience with understanding of strategic business information systems.

Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty.

Other Special Requirements: Requires knowledge of the following (knowledge may be gained concurrently with or as part of required education): Big Data Management, Python, Web/Cloud Technologies, data mining, and CSS. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
