Game Developer – Mobile Games
Location: San Francisco, CA
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week in Office
Experience: 2–10 Years
Salary: $150,000–$210,000 Base + Competitive Equity
Visa: Open to visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, high-energy Game Developer who can independently ideate, prototype, build, and ship engaging mobile games. You’ll join a small, elite team and take ownership of the full game development lifecycle.

Ideate, prototype, develop, and launch new mobile games every 2–4 weeks.
Create and test innovative game mechanics and decide what features make it to launch.
Own the full development lifecycle, including concept, coding, art direction, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Collaborate with in-house artists while independently driving projects to 90%+ completion.
Rapidly switch between projects and bring fresh creative ideas to each game.
Build games independently from concept through production and launch.
Mandatory Requirements
2–10 years of experience building and shipping mobile games.
Strong proficiency in Unity and C#.
Experience with Blender, iOS, and mobile game development.
Ability to build in Unity independently without relying on AI as a substitute for coding skills.
Public, playable portfolio required, featuring games that have been shipped and are available on platforms such as the App Store, Itch.io, or the web.

Mobile game studio experience or extensive personal/indie game development experience.
