In this position, you will lead advanced analysis, reporting, metric design, and data-quality work across business and operational datasets while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Xplore World Agency.

What You'll Handle
- Translate complex questions about booking and traveler-service workflows into measurable analyses, reporting logic, and decision-ready outputs.
- Analyze reservation, traveler, supplier, and sales data to identify trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities that require deeper investigation.
- Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and analytical datasets with documented definitions.
